Gran tristeza recibir la noticia de la muerte de Angela – una gran persona y pionera del toreo en España. Gracias a Ella se levantó la prohibición que no permitía que las mujeres toreasen. Celeste y yo tuvimos el gran placer de conocerla en su finca y de poder entrevistarla en Ella Es El Matador. Gran persona nunca la olvidaremos. Fuerte abrazo a toda su familia!

It is with great sadness that we learn about the passing of Angela Hernández, a great woman who became a pioneer in the world of bullfighting! Thanks to her the Spanish prohibition that prevented women from bullfithing was lifted allowing others to follow their dreams. Celeste and I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting her in her bullfighing farm where she was generous to grant us her time for a lovely inteview for Ella Es El Matador. A beautiful person and bullfighter who will never be forgotten! Our deep condolences to her family and loved ones.
